Refund Policy
Digital Guide
The digital guide is a non-refundable product. Because it is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Video Consultation (Includes Guide)
The video consultation includes a copy of our digital guide, which is delivered immediately at purchase. If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled call, you are eligible for a partial refund of the consultation portion only. The value of the included digital guide is non-refundable since it has already been delivered. No refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of the call or do not attend the scheduled session.
Follow-Up Consultation
If you cancel your follow-up consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled call, you are eligible for a full refund. No refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of the call or do not attend the scheduled session.
Consultation Cancellation Policy
All consultation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. To cancel, email us at hello@movewithdaft.com with your name and scheduled date. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the call, or no-shows, are not eligible for any refund.
